The challenge

To launch its high profile property developments which include Kingsbury Mews in Marlborough, Priam House in Heritage Plaza in Swindon and The Water Tower in Basingstoke.

The solution

To hold launch events for the developments including a local VIP event at Heritage Plaza and a charity open day at The Water Tower.  Extensive media relations' campaigns were carried out targeting both news and property pages.
